Concomitant sound text related to DEMO illustration of the program creation in the WINLEDA medium.

In the developing medium WINLEDA it is possible to create the software of stations TRONIC 2000 in two different modes. In the first classic medium WINLEDA the program is written by means of the upgraded programming language LEDA that was specially developed for programming of control systems. In this way you can create the software for any kind of technology and fulfil even the most exacting specific requirements laid on the control system. The disadvantage is that only the programmer familiar with the language LEDA and experienced in the field of technological process control is able to create programs in this way.
On the other hand the second mode PRELEDA takes advantage of the characters of object programming and enable to create the software as well as to users non-programmers. It is presupposed only partial knowledge how to work with a computer. The disadvantage of the object programming is that it enables to create only such complicated programs how they have been considered by the author of the model object. Nevertheless, it offers the wide variety in programming of classical standard technologies like boiler houses, exchange stations and air-conditionig systems.

How to create the program in the object programming medium?
After you have started the WINLEDA.EXE, tick off the item <Object programming mode> in the menu Set. Then open the new project by choosing the item <New> in the same menu.
In the object programming medium there can be opened only one project. Before opening new project the current project has to be stored/saved and closed. When a new project is founded, the programming medium will appear on the screen/display. On the left side the panel <<Objects>> is placed, where all objects that you can use for program creation are shown. On the right side there is the table <<Characters and methods>>, where characters (parameters) of just chosen object or technological circuit are shown. On the upper strip/bar there are the push buttons of further instruments like program generation, program recording and program start into the TRONIC station, parameters searching/watching/monitoring and further ones.

The part of the display/screen divided by the grid, between the panels Objects and Characters, is the work sheet, where the chosen objects (technological circuits) are to be placed.
The circuit <<Inputs/outputs>> has to be placed on the work sheet as the first one.
If you intend to use the staff terminal, place the circuit <<Staff terminal/display>> on the work sheet. The circuit of inputs/outputs and the circuit of terminal display can be placed/used for one project only once. Then you can insert further circuits like object ACS (Air-conditioning system), DHW (Domestic hot water system) or CH (Central heating system) in any number according to your need.
Insertion of any object will be done as follows:
1.	Select the requested object in the panel Objects and click on it with the left push button of mouse. The object will seem to be dented.
2.	Move the cursor with the mouse on the work sheet and press down the left push button of mouse at any place of sheet and keep it pressed.
3.	By moving the mouse create the square bigger then the size of grid is on the work sheet and release the left push button of mouse. The circuit selected in the panel Objects will be created in the project.
4.	Further circuits will be inserted into the project by repetition of the procedures in the items 1 3.

If you press down the right push button of mouse above any circuit, the offer will appear, where you can choose the selections Revision, Info and Rename. However, the most important selection is Copy that enables you to copy already parameterized circuit into the new project if it is similar one and it enables to spare a lot of time.

The circuit that will be elaborated will be chosen by the click of the left push button of mouse. The chosen circuit is surrounded with the highlighted frame. At the same time all parameters of the circuit which are to be properly set up will be shown in the panel <<Characters>>.
You can move around the particular character by means of the mouse. In the lower part of panel a short explaining description for each character is shown. More detail description of each character is possible to get by pushing down the key <<F1>> or by click on the push button with the question mark.
Each character in the panel has to be set up:
1.	Click with the mouse on the being set up characters and open the offer of possible variants in the right part of the table.
2.	Choose either the proper variant or the item None in the case that the circuit has not got the requested character.
3.	Repeat the procedure in the items 1 2 for all circuit characters.

When you have set all characters (paramaters) of the circuit, click in the panel <<Characters>> on the method <<Inputs/Outputs>>. On the work sheet two windows will appear.
In the upper window the whole/complete input and output sides are shown in cards. However, first of all you have to insert the requested V/V cards into the system. When the card has been inserted, added or taken away, use the proper push buttons in the lower part of this window.
1.	In the lower window the items of information are shown for currently chosen circuit, organized in folders according to the type. Click with the mouse on the folder Analogue inputs.
2.	In the upper window choose the V/V card on which you will locate/place the analogue inputs.
3.	In the lower window click on the item of information which you want to attach and keep the left push button of mouse pressed down.
4.	Move the cursor with the mouse into the position above the line in the upper window, where the item of information is to be attached.
5.	Release the left push button of mouse and if you didn`t make any mistake, the item of information has been attached.
6.	By similar way you can attach all analogue inputs.
7.	Repeat the procedure in the items 1 6 for other types of inputs/outputs.

If you do not work according to the prepared project, it is possible to take advantage of the automatic design of input and output sides. It will be performed by pressing down the push button Automatic attachment in the upper window. The system itself will propose the optimal number of V/V units and will attach all items of information.

Now you can proceed to the program generation.
Press down the item <<Generation>> in the main menu. The program will perform the check whether all items of information have been attached to the positions of V/V cards. Then the program will show the window Completion/confirmation of parameters for generation. This window has three folders.
1.	Write the name of the program in the form, how is to be shown in the information window, into the folder Description.
2.	Tick off the communication types which will be used by the system and set up their parameters in the folder Communication.
3.	In the folder Password you can insert the code that the user has to state in order to can enter into the system menu.

When these data have been inserted, press down the push button Continue and the system will start the program generation. The time of generation depends on the number of processed technological circuits. When the generation has been finished, the translator into the language LEDA will start working and it will perform the compilation into the target code. Now the program has been created.

If all have been performed without problems, it is suitable to make the documentation of the project. The system will create the documentation after pressing down the push button Project documentation which is located on the upper strip/bar of instruments. After a short time the protocol/record will appear on the whole screen that you can print, save, send or transmit into another application.

You have created and made the documentation of the program for the control system TRONIC.
How the program can be recorded into the station, put into operation and further on parameterized during operation you will learn in the medium WINLEDA user`s manual.
