V této bakalářské práci je popsána klasifikace chemoterapeutik s chinolonovým skeletem na základě jejich chemické struktury a spektra účinku. Dále je pojednáno o obou částech obecné farmakologie, a sice o farmakodynamice a farmakokinetice. V závěrečných kapitolách je zmíněn mechanismus účinku chinolonových léčiv a problematika vzniku rezistence. |

In the present Bachelor thesis, the classification of chemotherapeutics bearing quinolone scaffold based on their chemical structure and effect spectrum, is described. Furthermore, both parts of general pharmacology, namely pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics are also presented. The effect mechanism of quinolone medicaments as well as the questions relevant to the origin of resistance is reported in the last chapters. |
