dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je zaměřena na umyvadla a je rozdělena do tří částí. První (teoretická) část mapuje historii hygieny a vývoj koupelnových zařízení. Druhá (praktická) je zaměřena na umyvadla a na materiály používané při jejich výrobě. Zvláštní kapitola je věnována sklu, jakožto stěžejnímu materiálu pro mojí práci. Praktickou část uzavírá rešerše českého trhu s umyvadly. Třetí (projektová) část popisuje proces vývoje a finální řešení jednotlivých variant umyvadel.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is divided into three parts and deals with the wash-basins. The first (theoretical) part surveys the history of hygienics and the development of the bathroom equipment. The second (practical) part is focused on the wash-basins and on the materials used for its production. An extra chapter of thesis deals with glass, as a base material for my work. The market research on the wash-basins within the territory of the Czech Republic closes the practical part. The third (project) part of the thesis describes the process of development and final design of individual wash-basin variants.	en
