dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru využitím finanční analýzy ve společnosti Ferram, a.s. V teoretické části je vypracována literární rešerše se zaměřením na základní etapy investiční záměru a na popis hlavních metod hodnocení investic. Tato část se dále věnuje finanční analýze, jejím postupům, metodám a ukazatelům. Praktická část aplikuje teoretické poznatky na reálný investiční projekt a na základě výsledků finanční analýzy a metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic se snaží nabídnout konkrétní investiční doporučení.	cs
