dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se zabývám analýzou nezaměstnanosti absolventů v okrese Vsetín. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjištění příčin nezaměstnanosti. První část bakalářské práce je věnovaná teoretickým poznatkům, jsou zde vysvětleny pojmy týkající se problematiky nezaměstnanosti. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě části, a to analytickou, v níž je provedena analýza trhu práce v okrese Vsetín, a výzkumnou, ve které jsem pomocí dotazníku zjišťovala příčiny nezaměstnanosti u absolventů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my bachelor thesis I am dealing with the analysis of the unemployment of the school-leavers in the district of Vsetín. The main aim of this work is to find out the main causes of the unemployment. The first part concentrates on the theoretical findings; the terminology dealing with the unemployment is explained. The practical part is divided into two parts, which means the analytical part with the analy-sis of labor market in the district of Vsetín and the project part where I tried to find out the main causes of the school-leavers unemployment. To reach the most unbiased results I used questionnaires.	en
