Téma mé práce je podat základní informace o kompetencích, specifických kompetencích sociálního pedagoga, o vývoji kompetencí a jejich složení. Dále se věnuji kompetenčnímu přístupu v pomáhajících profesích, rozvoji kompetencí a způsobu jejich zvyšování. Velkou část své práce věnuji metodě outdoor training, která je v současné době velmi využívána. V praktické části práce jsou uvedeny výsledky mého průzkumu, ve kterém jsem zjišťovala, zda-li ve firmách probíhá další odborné vzdělávání zaměstnanců a jakým způsobem. |

A theme of my work is to give basic information about competencies, specific competencies of a social pedagogue, about development of the competencies and its composition. Than I focus on jurisdictional attitude for coadjutant professions, expansion of the competencies and the way of its raising. Main part of my work is about the method called Outdoor train-ing which is very used in these days. In a practical part of the report I specify the results of my research. In this research I was trying to find out if additional education of employees is realized in companies and in which way. |
