dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru, který společnost MAS a.s. zamýšlí. V teoretické části je vypracována literární rešerše, která popisuje metody pro hodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru. Praktická část seznamuje čtenáře se společností MAS a.s. - s její historií, profilem a organizační strukturou. Popisuje její finanční analýzu, investiční činnost a také výpočty zabývající se hodnocením konkrétní investice. Závěrem bakalářské práce je navržení určitých doporučení a opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace.	cs
