dc.description.abstract	Tématem Bakalářské práce je postavení ženy na současném trhu práce. Zaměřuje se na změny ve vývoji zaměstnanosti žen, působení genderových stereotypů, sleduje rovné příležitosti na trhu práce, segregaci trhu práce a diskriminaci v souvislosti s pohlavím. Zabývá se otázkou starších žen, jejichž problematika je hlavním předmětem praktické části. Ta vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu s cílem objasnit, jak ženy vnímají své postavení na trhu práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this Bachelor thesis is the current position of women within the labor market. It is focused upon the evolution of female employment, the effect of gender stereotyping, it monitors equal opportunities inside of the labor market, as well as labor market segregation and discrimination in relation to gender. This thesis primarily scrutinises the issues of older women, which are the subject of the practical part. This is based on qualitative research with the aim of clarifying how women perceive their status within the labor market.	en
