dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjištěním spokojenosti zaměstnanců Centra služeb pro seniory Kyjov, p. o. s aktuálními motivačními procesy uplatňovanými v organizaci. Teoretická část se zabývá objasněním pojmů motivace a stimulace, zdroji motivace a popisuje nástroje motivace hmotné i nehmotné. Část praktická obsahuje vyhodnocení dat sesbíraných prostřednictvím dotazníku, podrobnou analýzu těchto dat a závěrečná doporučení pro organizaci, která jsou učiněna na základě zjištěných skutečností.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The tendency of this baccalaureate work is to endeavour of employee satisfaction in Centrum služeb pro seniory Kyjov, p.o. with actual motivational processes applied in the organization. The theoretic part is engaged in illumination of motivation and stimulation, motivation resources and this part also describes implements of tangible and intangible motivation.
