dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá strategií rozvoje mikroregionu Staroměstsko. Skládá se ze tří částí. V první teoretické části jsou popsány obecné poznatky regionálního marketingu, regionální politiky a strategického řízení. Následuje analytická část, která je věnována současnému stavu mikroregionu Staroměstsko. Shrnutí je provedeno ve SWOT analýze, která uzavírá analytickou část. Třetí projektová část je zaměřena na zlepšení situace navržením strategie rozvoje mikroregionu. Cílem práce je vytvářet lepší podmínky pro život obyvatel mikroregionu. Snahou je posílit společenský život v obcích a koordinovat aktivity vytvářené v rámci rozvoje mikroregionu. Práce je zaměřena na další rozvoj tohoto území zejména v oblasti cestovního ruchu a na využití příležitostí a odstranění případných hrozeb v mikroregionu. Jakým směrem se rozvoj bude ubírat a jaký bude mít cílený efekt, bude záležet na obyvatelích a subjektech mikroregionu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the development strategy of the "Staroměstsko'q microregion. It consists of three sections. The first, theoretical section describes general findings of regional marketing, regional policy and strategic management. It is followed by the analytical section, which is devoted to the current situation of the "Staroměstsko'q microregion. The summary is presented in a SWOT analysis, which concludes the analytical section. The third, project section focuses on the improvement of the condition by proposing the development strategy for the microregion. The objectives of the thesis are to create better conditions for the lives of the microregion's inhabitants. Its attempt is to raise communal life in towns and to coordinate activities created within the development of the microregion. The thesis focuses on further development of the area, namely as far as tourism is concerned, and on seizing upon the opportunities and removing possible threats in the microregion. The direction the development will take and its final effect will depend on the inhabitants and entities of the region.	en
