Hlavním smyslem této práce je pochopení problematiky týkající se řízení podniku zasazeného do podmínek ekonomické recese. To je možné až po nastudování příčin a důsledků, které hospodářská krize přináší. Taktéž je důležité uvědomit si, že ekonomická recese je součástí hospodářského cyklu, který jistě vplývá i na podnik: ať už se jedná o jeho tržby anebo postavení na trhu, popřípadě i na chování zákazníků. Proto musí podnik urychleně a správně jednat, aby se udržel při životě , i když jeho tržby klesají. |

The primary meaning of this work is understanding to theme which is connected with management of company in conditions of economic recession. It is possible only after studying causes and effects, which a business crisis brings. Also is important, that economic recession is part of business cycle, and it influences a company in these fields: turnover, a position on the market, or an influence to behaviour of customers. And it is reason, why company have to quickly and right act to be vivacious, even if turnover is falling down. |
