dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se orientuje na zmapování vzdělávacích potřeb asistentů pedagoga činných v procesu integrace žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami do běžných základních škol. Vymezuje teoretická východiska profese, odbornou kvalifikaci a náplň práce asistenta pedagoga. Specifikuje skupiny žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Definuje základní druhy alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. Empirická část skrze realizované kvalitativní šetření analyzuje teoretické znalosti potřebné k výkonu povolání asistenta pedagoga.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on mapping of the training needs of assistants of pedagogue employed in the process of integration of pupils with the special educational needs in the common primary schools. This thesis qualifies the theoretical base of profession, professi-onal qualifications and job description of pedagogue's assistant. There are specified the groups of pupils with the special educational needs. This thesis defines the basic types of the alternative and augmentative communication. The empirical part through the qualitative survey analyzes the theoretical knowledge required for the professional pedagogue's assistant.	en
