dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Kromexim a.s. a je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti konkurence a konkurenceschopnosti, získaných z průzkumu literárních pramenů, které nabízejí různá pojetí těchto pojmů a dalších, s nimi souvisejících. Praktická část směřuje k analýze konkurenceschopnosti firmy Kromexim a.s. při použití nástrojů SWOT analýzy, PEST analýzy a BCG matice. Po vyhodnocení těchto analýz byla navrhnuta možná opatření ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of competitiveness of the company Kromexim Ltd. and this is divided into two parts. First part includes theoretical facts about competition and competitiveness, which were drawn from literally sources, where we can find variety of explanations for this topic. Practical part points to analysis of competitive-ness of the company Kromexim Ltd., using instruments as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and BCG matrix. Some possible provisions for improving company's competitiveness have been suggested after evaluation of analyses.	en
