dc.description.abstract	Práce je věnována systému a metodám zásobování ve firmě Ingersoll-Rand CZ, s.r.o V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní druhy zásob a systémy zásobování. V praktické části je popsán proces zásobování ve firmě. Na závěr je řešena analýza kanbanové dávky v porovnání s ASCP systémem a následně je navrženo optimální řešení pro firmu.	cs

In the practical part is described the supply process in the com-pany. In conclusion, is solved the Kanban-dose analysis in comparison with ASCP system and subsequently is suggested the optimal solution for the company.	en
