dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá charakteristikou rodinného prostředí klientů kontaktních center. V teoretické části autor vymezuje základní pojmy, které s rodinným prostředím souvisí. Dále se věnuje sociálním patologiím, zejména závislostnímu chování a popisuje také kon-taktní centra a služby, které tato zařízení nabízí. Výzkumná část této práce se věnuje analýze rodinného prostředí klientů kontaktních center Zlínského kraje. Na základě zpracování dotazníkového šetření popisuje autor specifika rodinného prostředí těchto osob.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Work deals with the characteristics of family environment, contact center clients. In the theoretical part, the author defines the basic concepts related to family. It also deals with social pathologies, especially dependence and describes the contact center and servi-ces offered by these devices. The research part of this thesis provides an analysis of family environment clients contact center of the Zlín Region.
