dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé bakalářské práce je shrnout základní poznatky vztahující se k finanční analýze a následně je aplikovat na konkrétním podniku Cembrit a.s., abych tak posoudila finanční a ekonomickou situaci toho podniku. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmu finanční analýza, její význam a zdroje, ze kterých čerpá. Dále jsou popsány hlavní metody a postupy, bez kterých se finanční analýza neobejde. V praktické části práce je podrobně provedena analýza finanční situace společnosti Cembrit a.s. v časovém úseku 2007 - 2009. Ze zjištěných výsledků je vyhodnoceno finanční zdraví podniku a současně navržena možná opatření a doporučení, která by vedla ke zlepšení výkonnosti podniku v budoucnu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my bachelor thesis is to summarize the basic knowledge concerning the financial analysis and their subsequent application onto a particular joint-stock company Cembrit to be able to evaluate the economic situation of this company. The thesis is divided into two main sections - the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part includes determination of the term "financial analyses'q, its meaning and used sources. There are also described the principal methods and procedures necessary for creating the financial analyses. The analytical part contains a detailed analysis of financial situation of the joint-stock company Cembrit within the years 2007 - 2009. The ascertained results of the analysis serve for evaluating Cembrit's financial health. At the same time I propose prospective measures and advice leading towards improved performance of the company in future.	en
