dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce rozebírá úroveň motivace ve státním a soukromém sektoru. Cílem je analyzovat současný stav dvou vybraných firem ve státním a soukromém sektoru, a vypra-covat doporučení pro jednotlivé sféry a firmy. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní témata pro práci s motivací jako je motivace, její zdroje, teorie motivace z knižních prame-nů. Praktická část vychází z teoretických modelů. Na začátku je věnována představení jed-notlivých firem, z každého sekatur dvě zvolené a představení jednotlivých sektorů, dále vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. Zpracované výsledky vedly k možným změnám v motivaci zaměstnanců u jednotlivých firem a z těchto výsledky byly zpracovány doporučení a návrhy, jak danou situaci vylepšit.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's work examines the level of motivation in the government and the private sector. The aim is to analyze the current state of the two selected companies in the state and the private sector, and develop recommendations for each sector and company. The theoretical part presents the main themes of work motivation as motivation, its resources or motivation theory of literary sources. The practical part is based on theoretical models.
