Předmětem bakalářské práce "Harmonizace manželství a kariéry" je problematika sladění pracovního a rodinného života. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy manželství, rodiny, rodičovství, kariéry, genderu a genderových stereotypů. Dále se zabývá koordinací pracovního a soukromého života. Práce dále zahrnuje podkapitoly pracující ženy, od historie po současnost, dělbu práce v domácnosti, taktiky vyhýbání se domácím pracím a jak zhodnocují dělbu domácích prací čeští muži a ženy. Pod kapitolou rodina je zmíněn vztah zaměstnání a rodiny a rodina v individualizované společnosti. Rovněž je zde shrnut význam otce jeho role a otcovství v historii po současnost. Dále mapuje family - friendly opatření a genderové stereotypy na pracovišti. Součástí bakalářské práce je i praktická část, kde je pomocí rozhovorů zjišťováno rodinné zázemí respondentů, jejich zaměstnání a kariéra a organizace domácích prací. |

The subject of the thesis "The harmonization of marriage and career," the problems of reconciling work and family life. There are explained basic concepts of marriage, family, parenthood, career, gender and gender stereotypes. It also deals with the coordination of work and private life. Work also includes the sub working women, from past to present, the division of housework, avoidance tactics housework and how to harness the division of housework Czech men and women. Under Chapter is mentioned family relationship and family work and family in the individualized society.
