dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na stanovení systému měřítek výkonnosti podniku s pomocí konceptu Balanced ScoreCard. V první části práce je provedena kritická literární rešerše a definován pojem výkonnost, způsoby jeho měření, systém Balanced ScoreCard a možnosti tvorby měřítek. V praktické části je pomocí analýzy představeno vnější i vnitřní prostředí firmy KOMUTEX, spol. s r.o. Na základě stanovených cílů firmy v jednotlivých perspektivách modelu Balanced ScoreCard, je vytvořen systém měřítek a popsán vliv jejich hodnot na celkovou výkonnost firmy. V závěrečné části jsou měřítka ověřena v praxi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is focused on company measurement system establishment with the help of Balanced ScoreCard methodology. In the first part there is a critical literature search and definition of the term ?performance?, possibilities of measurement, Balanced ScoreCard system and indicators creation possibilities. In the practical part there is introduction of KOMUTEX Company. With the support of different analysis there is introduction of internal and external environment of the company. On basis of company's set goals in every perspective of Balanced ScoreCard model, the indicators system is established and described influence of their values to the whole company performance. There is verification of indicators in the practice in the end of the thesis.	en
