dc.description.abstract	Jako majitel AAA Penzion a Plus Corporation s.r.o. působících v různých oborech podnikání jsem se v této práci zaměřil na návrh nové značky Pytloun, která bude zahrnovat všechny mé podnikatelské aktivity. Dále jsem analyzoval připomínky zákazníků stávajících provozoven a vyvodil z nich závěry, které zlepší kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Poté jsem prezentoval podnikatelský záměr vzniku a koncepce řízení nové společnosti Pytloun Group s.r.o., jež bude působit v oboru ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb. V závěru práce jsem prezentoval předpokládané náklady, investice a různé varianty obratu v nově vzniklé pobočce penzionu a restaurace.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Principal subject of my dissertation is the concept of a new mark called Pytloun including all my business activities that are connected with me as the owner of AAA Penzion and Plus Corporation Ltd. I analysed customers' opinions on our service which helped me to improve it and I presented business project of the origin and strategy of a new company Pytloun Group Ltd. as the company providing board and lodging. Possible costs, investment and variants of turnover of a new private hotel and restaurant are presented at the end of this dissertation.	en
