dc.description.abstract	Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala již popsanými způsoby a metodami vedení a řízení lidí. Zaměřila jsem se na vedení malého pracovního kolektivu s přihlédnutím ke specifikům, která má státní správa. Snažila jsem se charakterizovat malý pracovní kolektiv, popsat způsoby vedení a řízení lidí a možnosti motivace, které nabízí odborná literatura. Na svém pracovišti, a na pracovišti podobném, jsem provedla vlastní průzkum tak, abych si ověřila a zhodnotila možnosti jejich využití ve státní správě.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with known and already described ways and methods how to lead and manage people in a work environments. I have focused on the management of a small working group within the public service and its particularities. I was trying to characterise the small working group to describe the ways of the management and the leadership and the possibilities of a motivation according to the professional literature. I have carried out two researchs. The first research was carried out at my own workplace and the second one at a similar workplace then. I have done them to be able to virify and evaluate the possibilities how to utilise the motivation within the public service.	en
