dc.description.abstract	Cílem teto práce je analyzovat modernistické tendence v dokumentárním filmu. První část práce se zabývá obdobím moderny, její krátkou charakterizací a jejími projevy v umění a literatuře. V další části vymezuje pojem dokumentární film jeho konfrontací s filmem hraným. Dále se věnuje historickým a technickým předpokladům, jež umožnily vznik těchto tendencí v dokumentárním filmu. Následně autor uvádí hlavní proudy, do kterých se zmiňované trendy promítly v různých zemích a jejich vliv na budoucí podobu kinematografie. V závěru práce srovnává postmodernistické a instrumentalistické názory a vyhodnocuje získané poznatky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The objective of this thesis is to analyze modernism trends in a documentary film. Its initial part focuses on modernism era, its brief description and representation in art and literature. In the following part the thesis defines the term "documentary film" by confronting it with a feature film. Next it deals with historical a technical prerequisites that enabled the birth of these trends in a documentary film. Subsequently, the author presents mainstreams, in which the previously mentioned trends reflected in different countries, and their influence on the future appearance of cinematography. In the conclusion of the thesis the author compares post-modernism and instrumentalist attitudes and evaluates the acquired knowledge.	en
