Diplomová práce nese název Projekt systému řízení nákladů ve společnosti OPQ, a.s. Teoretická část obsahuje zpracované teoretické poznatky z oblasti řízení nákladů. Popisuje klasifikaci nákladů a následně nástroje řízení nákladů, jako jsou kalkulace, rozpočty. Co se týká praktické části, v úvodu je uvedena charakteristika společnosti, a dále provedená analýza současného stavu řízení nákladů a nástrojů, které firma využívá. Následuje zhodnocení současného stavu společnosti a poté je firmě navrhnut projekt systému řízení nákladů a to v oblasti, u které se domnívám, že v ní má firma mezery. Touto oblastí je rozpočetnictví. Projektová část obsahuje především metodický návrh tvorby nových vnitropodnikových středisek a následně návrh tvorby rozpočtů v rámci jednotlivých středisek. Pro představu je na závěr práce sestaven návrh rozpočtu pro nákladové středisko Nákup materiálu. |

The dissertation is named Project of cost regulating system in the company OPQ, a.s. The-oretical part contains processed theoretical knowledge from cost regulating field. It descri-bes classification of costs and subsequently instruments of cost regulating such as calcu-lations and budgets. What concerns to practical part, in introduction there is a description of the company and further analysis of current situation of cost and instruments regulating is made. After comes an evaluation of the current situation of the company and than there is a project of a system of cost regulating which is proposed to the company. This project is concentrated on fields in which I suppose the company has vacancies. This field is budgeta-ry accounting. A part of the project contains mainly methodical proposal of creating new intercompany centres. There is also a proposal of budget making within individual centres. For an idea there is a budget proposal for a cost centre Purchase of materials made up. |
