Předmětem mé práce je optimalizace procesů obchodního oddělení společnosti YOPLAIT CZECH, a.s. se zaměřením na obchodní zástupce. Celé dílo se skládá ze tří na sebe navazujících částí. V první části jsou uvedena teoretická východiska, kdy se vychází z řady děl významných autorů. Následuje analytická část, kde je co nejpřesněji popsán současný stav problému a dále vyhodnocena pozitiva a negativa stávajících procesů. Projektová část je zaměřena na nedostatky, jež vyplynuly z analytické části, a navržena řešení těchto nedostatků. |

The topic of my diploma thesis is the optimization of business processes within the sales department in YOPLAIT CZECH, a.s., with the focus on sales representatives. This work consists of three parts ordered by a logical sequence. In the first part of my thesis, the theoretical base is introduced, drawn from publications of the nota-ble authors. The first part is followed by analysis of current status and evaluation of positives and negatives of contemporary process. The final part is focused on the problematic parts of processes and there are proposed the improvements. |
