Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vzdělávání ve firmě Promabyt, a.s. Na základě teoretických pramenů je formulována problematika oblasti vzdělávacích programů pracov-níků v podniku. V analytické části je za pomocí rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a studií vnitro-podnikových materiálů zhodnocen průběh a úroveň těchto vzdělávacích programů a jejich skutečná aplikace ve firmě Promabyt, a.s. Výsledkem této práce jsou navrhnutá doporučení a opatření pro firmu Promabyt, a.s. v oblasti vzdělávacích programů. |
