Cílem této diplomové práce, je vypracovat projekt pro vyhodnocení návrhu implementace Workflow managementu v energetické společnosti. Teoretická část podává přehled o zá-kladních funkcích workflow managementu, konkrétně o možnostech jeho využití jako o moderní metodě efektivního řízení podniku. Praktická část je zaměřena na vypracování projektu pro vyhodnocení implementace. Toto vyhodnocení spočívá v analýze současného stavu s promítnutím přínosů workflow managementu, jak v oblasti přímého snížení nákladů, tak v oblasti možných nepřímých přínosů díky vyšší efektivitě práce. Na důležitou otázku o rozhodnutí případné implementace systému workflow managementu systému ve společnosti, vypovídá závěrečná část práce o návratnosti případné investice. |

The aim of this theses is the preparation of a project which should evaluate a suggestion of workflow management implementation in an energy company. The theoretical part deals with the basic functions of workflow management, specifically with the possibilites of its usage as a modern method of efficient company management. The practical part is focused on the elaboration of a project for the evaluation of implemetation. This evaluation consists in the analysis of the current state with application of worklfow management's contribution in the field of direct cost reduction, as well as non-direct contribution due to the higher work effectiveness. The final part, which treats of the economic return of possible invest-ment, gives us an answer to an important question concerning the decision of possible im-plemetation of a work flow management system in a company. |
