Práce daného tématu je zaměřena na vnitřní bezpečnost v podniku či organizaci. Jako taková se skládá ze dvou částí, a to z části teoretické a praktické. Samotný smysl spočívá v rozboru faktorů, které bezpečnost uvnitř organizace ovlivňují, v analýze současného bezpečnostního stavu ve zvoleném regionu s akcentem na zajištění ochrany života a zdraví managerů a zaměstnanců organizace. Na skutečném kriminálním příkladu jsou pak demonstrovány následky, ke kterým může dojít v případě podceňování jakýchkoliv bezpečnostních pravidel nebo bezpečnosti jako celku. Případ samotný je hodnocen z hlediska jeho příčin a následků. V závěru jsou pak navržena konkrétní bezpečnostní opatření a doporučení, která vyplynula z vlastního šetření, a měla by v případě jejich realizace přispět k celkovému zlepšení bezpečnostního prostředí dané firmy, popřípadě i jiných společností. |

The subject matter is orientated on the inside security of a company or organisation. It is composed of two parts - theoretical and practical. It consists of analysing factors, which influence the inside security of an organisation in an analysis of present security in a chosen region with emphasis on providing life and health protection to the managers and employees. In a real criminal case it demonstrates the consequences which can happen in the case of underestimating all security rules or the security as a complex. The case, on its own, is evaluated from an aspect of the consequences and analysis. In the end there are proposed factual security measures and recommendations, which emerged from the investigation, and if implemented they should contribute to the improvement of the security of the environment of the company or eventually different companies, too. |
