Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je vypracovanie projektu hodnotenia finančnej situácie pomocou ekonomickej pridanej hodnoty do skupiny XY ako vybraného ukazovateľa moderného charakteru. Teoretická časť práce sa zaoberá hlavne popisom jednotlivých merítok finančnej situácie firiem, tento popis pramení hlavne v rozdieloch medzi klasickými a modernými merítkami hodnotenia. Praktická časť je venovaná analýze súčasného stavu hodnotenia finančnej situácie skupiny XY, na základe ktorej je zostavená odporúčaná forma klasickej finančnej analýzy pre skupinu, ktorá je následne rozšírená o konkrétne zavedenie ekonomickej pridanej hodnoty do skupiny s poukázaním na jednotlivé výhody a konkrétnymi odporúčaniami na zavedenie práve tohto konceptu. |

The aim of this master thesis is to develop a project evaluation of the financial situation of power-economic value added to the group XY as the selected variable modern-tion in nature. Theoretical part is mainly about criterias description of the financial situation of companies, this description is rooted mainly on the differences between classic and modern evaluation indicators. The practical part is devoted to analysis of the current situation of the financial position of the XY, on which is composed recommended classical form of financial analysis for the group, which is then extended with specific implementation of the economic value added to the group showing the different advantages and specific recommendations for the implementation of this law concept. |
