Tato diplomová práce se zabývá činností a pravomocemi Celní správy České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V teoretické části je postupně zmíněna historie a současnost celní správy. Pokračuje exkurz do legislativní oblasti upravující činnost celní správy. Po objasnění struktury celého orgánu již práce volně navazuje na jednotlivé oblasti působnosti celní správy. Zmíněny jsou také hlavní změny, které nastaly pro celní správu po vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie a dále rozšířením Schengenského prostoru. V praktické části jsou dále podrobně zkoumány činnosti související s kontrolou na pozemních komunikacích. Zde práce pojednává výlučně o kontrolním vážení, a to jak nízkorychlostním tak vysokorychlostním, které je od 1. ledna 2010 novinkou v české legislativě. |

This thesis deals with the activities and powers of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is gradually mention the history and present the customs administrations. Continues excursion into the legislative field regulating the activities of the customs administrations. After clarifying the structure of the authority work is loosely linked to the different sections of customs administration. There are also major changes that occurred after the administration of the Czech Republic into the European Union and the enlargement of the Schengen area. The practical part is further explored in detail the activities related to the control on the road. Here, the work deals explicitly with the control weighting, both low-speed and high-speed, which is 1st January 2010 new in the Czech legislation. |
