dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zdravotní sestry. V teoretické části je pozornost vě-nována profesi zdravotní sestry, roli zdravotní sestry, její osobnosti a vztahu k pacientům. V dalších kapitolách jsou pak objasněny pojmy, které se týkají motivace a motivace práce. V práci jsou také popsány motivační teorie. V části výzkumné jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníků, které jsou dále zaznamenány do grafů a tabulek četnosti. Dotazníky byly rozděleny na dvě části. První z nich je pro skupinu respondentů laické veřejnosti, druhý je pro zdravotní sestry. Z obou skupin bylo vybráno 50 respondentů. Výsledky z obou dotazníků jsou porovnány a zaznamenány do grafů. Do-tazníky byly zaměřeny na nejsilnější motivační činitele a sílu motivace samotné.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis deals motivation for the nursing. The theoretical part is the attention in-ned nurse practitioners, nurses role, her personality and relationship with patients. The next chapters will explain the concepts related to motivation and work motivation. The paper also describes the theory of motivation. In the research results are evaluated by questionnaires, which are then recorded in tables and graphs frequency. The questionnaires were divided into two parts. The first of these is the group of respondents to the general public, the other is for nurses. Both groups have been selected 50 respondents. Results from both questionnaires were compared and recor-ded in the charts. In-Puncheons were focused on the strongest motivational factors and the strength of motivation itself.	en
