Bakalářská práce se věnuje sociálně patologickému jevu, a to prostituci. Přibližuje historii prostituce i její vývoj v ČR v posledních letech. Upozorňuje na rizika s ní spojená. Varuje před úzkou spojitostí prostituce s kriminalitou, interpretuje některé skutkové podstaty trestných činů souvisejících s prostitucí. Cílem práce je poukázat na to, že prostituce existuje a je potřeba se této problematice věnovat. |
