Cílem diplomové práce "Rizika zavádění standardů kvality do terénní pečovatelské služby" je zjistit, jak sociální pracovníci vnímají proces zavádění standardů kvality do terénní pe-čovatelské služby a podmínky, které mají k tomu vytvořené. Po úvodním teoretickém vy-mezení souvisejících pojmů je charakterizována oblast sociálních služeb, standardů kvality a oblast řízení změny. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na podmínky sociálních pracovníků v organizaci. V poslední části práce je věnován prostor závěrečným zhodnocením a dopo-ručením. |

The aim of diploma thesis "Risks of the implementation of quality standards to the home care" is to analyze a social worker's view of a quality standard process implementation to the home care and the conditions that social worker can use for this process. After a theo-retical definition of the related terms there is characterized a sphere of social services, a sphere of quality standards and an area of change management. The research section fo-cuses on the conditions of the social workers in the organization. The last part presents conclusions, evaluations and recommendations. |
