Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku spolupráce obcí v České republice. Jejím cílem je charakterizovat jednotlivé formy spolupráce obcí a zanalyzovat jejich právní úpravu. V úvodní části je pojednáváno o spolupráci obcí v České republice a představena platná legislativa týkající se této problematiky. Následující část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku jednotlivých forem spolupráce obcí a na jejich klady a zápory. Praktická část obsahuje rozbor konkrétní formy spolupráce. Je zde tedy zanalyzováno fungování dobrovolného svazku obcí a uvedeny další možnosti rozvoje. V další části je zhodnocena současná právní úprava spolupráce obcí a nakonec zmíněna možnost nové formy spolupráce obcí - společenství obcí. |

Thesis focuses on the issue of municipal cooperation in the Czech Republic. Its goal is to describe the different forms of cooperation between municipalities and to analyze their legal regulations. The first part discourse about municipal cooperation in the Czech Republic and there is presented current legislation on this issue. The following section focuses on describing different forms of cooperation between municipalities and their assets and drawbacks. The practical part contains an analysis of specific form of municipal cooperation. So there is analysed functioning of the voluntary association of municipalities and its further opportunities of development. In the last chapter is evaluated current legislation of municipal cooperation and finally there is mentioned the possibility of new form of cooperation between municipalities - association of municipatities. |
