dc.description.abstract	Obsah mé bakalářské práce je zaměřen na výběr a hodnocení dodavatelů, jak z teoretického hlediska, tak i přímo ve vybrané firmě. Část teorie je tvořena oblastí nákupu, kde je nastíněn jeho vývoj, společně se samotným procesem. Hlavním předmětem teoretické části jsou dodavatelé a to z hlediska jejich rozdělení, výběru a jednotlivých metod hodnocení. Praktická část je věnována aplikaci teoretických vědomostí na vybranou firmu. Hlavním aktérem je AUTO-HOBBY, spol. s.r.o., zabývající se maloobchodním a velkoobchodním prodejem náhradních dílů na osobní automobily. Prioritní částí je aplikace metod hodnocení dodavatelů na přední dodavatele již zmíněné firmy a jejich následné zhodnocení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Content of my work is focused on selecting and evaluating suppliers, both from a theoretical perspective, and directly in selected company. Part of the theory consists of the purchase, where is outlined its development, together with the process itself. The main subject of the theoretical part are suppliers, and in terms of their distribution, selection and evaluation of different methods. The practical part is devoted to the application of theoretical knowledge on the selected company. The main actor is AUTO HOBBY Inc., retail and wholesale of spare parts for cars. Major part is the application of methods for evaluation of suppliers to the leading suppliers of the aforementioned company and their subsequent evaluation.	en
