Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť projekt hodnotenia a riadenia finančnej výkonnosti spoločnosti XY, s.r.o. Teoretická časť charakterizuje podstatu hodnotenia a riadenia výkonnosti podniku pomocou klasických a moderných ukazovateľov. Praktická časť sa zaoberá charakteristikou podniku XY, s.r.o. a odvetvia, v ktorom pôsobí. Následne budú analyzované podmienky hospodárenia podniku použitím tradičných a moderných ukazovateľov. Na základe zistených informácií bude navrhnutý koncept pre riadenie a hodnotenie výkonnosti podniku. |

The theoretic part characterizes the principle of evaluation and measurement of firm performance by using traditional and modern measuring. Practical part deals with characteristics of company and sector where the company is doing business. After that, the conditions of economy are analyzed by using traditional and modern measuring. On the base of information the concept for evaluation and management of firm efficiency is suggested. |
