dc.description.abstract	V této diplomové práci je zpracovaný projekt vedení lidí v podmínkách ZŠ Brvnište. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky o systému vedení lidí, o motivaci, hodnocení a komunikaci se zaměstnanci. V praktické části se zabývám analýzou současné úrovně vedení lidí ZŠ Brvnište s důrazem na oblast motivace, komunikace a hodnocení. Projekt se zaměřuje na zlepšení jednotlivých oblastí jako předpříprava na interní audit a na proces získání certifikace v systému managementu kvality podle normy STN EN ISO 9001:2001. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny náklady na projekt a přínosy pro ZŠ Brvnište.	cs

The theoretical part contains the information about the way of managing the staff , the motivation ,the assessment and communication with the employees .
