Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením vnitropodnikových směrnic pro firmu Barco, s.r.o., kterými se bude řídit účetní jednotka. Vycházela jsem ze zastaralých směrnic, které neplnily svoji funkci. Na začátku bakalářské práce je rozebrán skutečný stav jednotlivých směrnic. Dle platných zákonů, nařízení, vyhlášek, českých účetních a mezinárodních účetních standardů je navržena jejich aktualizace. |

This bachelor's work is going into formation of guidelines for the company Barco Ltd., the company's accounting unit will follow these guidelines. The existing guidelines were out-of-date. At beginning of my bachelor's work I analyzed the real state of each guideline. By the valid laws, regulations, directions and international accountant standards I suggested their updating. |
