Téma diplomové práce jsem zvolila Strategie rozvoje města Zábřeh v oblasti financování. Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat současný stav města Zábřeh, stanovit strategické cíle rozvoje města a snažit se navrhnout zlepšení stavu města. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní teoretické poznatky o problematice rozvoje a financování obcí. V analytické části je uvedena socioekonomická analýza města. Na základě této analýzy je provedena SWOT analýza. Dalším krokem je stanovení strategických cílů rozvoje města pro oblast financování. Na závěr jsou navrhnuty projekty, které budou mít za úkol přispět k naplnění strategických cílů. Tyto projekty by pomohly k případnému rozvoji města. |

As a subject of my diploma work I have chosen the Strategy of progress of the town Zábřeh in the field of financing. The point of the diploma work was to analyze the current state of the town Zábřeh, to define strategic targets of the town progress and finally to make a proposal how to improve the town state. The work is divided into theoretical and analytic part. The theoretical part contains the basic knowledge of progress and financing of municipality questions, whereas the analytic part contains the socio economical analysis of the town. Based on results of this analysis, the SWOT analysis was performed. The next step was to define strategic targets of the town progress in the field of financing. The final part consists of particular projects. The main task of these projects is to fulfill the strategic targets, which should be helpful to eventual town progress. |
