dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je projekt zavedení dopravního informačního systému ve Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovně ČR. Projekt má za cíl vytvořit efektivní nástroj pro přesnou evidenci všech služebních vozidel a úkonů spojených s autoprovozem v době, kdy Všeobecná zdravotní pojišťovna centralizuje veškeré své informační systémy. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována rozboru literárních pramenů týkajících se problematiky projektování informačních systémů. Praktická část je rozdělena na analytickou a projektovou část. Analytická část představuje Všeobecnou zdravotní pojišťovnu ČR, hodnotí současný stav a zjišťuje podmínky pro zavedení dopravního informačního systému. Projektová část je zaměřena na vypracování fungujícího a reálného projektu v pojišťovně, vyčísluje náklady a analyzuje rizika, která projekt ohrožují.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The target of the Bachelor Thesis is represented by the implementation project of a transportation information system in the General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic. The target of the project is to create an efficient tool for precise registration of all company cars and services related to automotive operation at the time when the General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic has been centralizing all its information systems. The Bachelor Thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with analysis of literary resources related to designing process of information systems. The practical part is divided into an analytical part and a design part. The analytical part presents the General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic, assesses the existing situation and ensures conditions for implementation of the transportation information system. The design part is focused on elaboration of a functional and rea-listic project in the insurance company, enumerates costs and analyzes risks which threaten the project.	en
