dc.description.abstract	Adaptační proces všeobecných sester nastupujících na interní oddělení je složitý děj, který svou náročností klade zvýšené požadavky nejen na nově nastupující sestry, ale také na jejich školitelky a vedoucí pracovníky. Pracovní adaptace v interním oboru je velmi často ztížena nadměrnou pracovní vytížeností sester a množstvím informací souvisejících především s novými diagnosticko terapeutickými postupy, které je třeba při zapracování předat. Naším cílem bylo získat ucelený pohled na problematiku předávání informací během adaptačního procesu a současně nabídnout možnost usnadnění celého procesu převedením části klíčových informací do písemné podoby.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The adaptation process of nurses entering to the Department of Internal Medicine is a difficult process which needs increasing of demands not only on new recruits nurses, but also on their trainers and executives. Adaptation work is in internal field very often hampered by excessive workload of nurses and a lot of information related primarily to new diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to be incorporated in the pass. Our aim was to obtain a comprehensive view on the transmission of information during the adaptation process and offering the possibility of facilitating the process of transferring key information in written form.	en
