Bakalářská práce Multikulturní ošetřovatelství v přednemocniční neodkladné péči se zabývá problematikou přístupu k ošetřování nemocného/zraněného jiné etnické, náboženské nebo národnostní skupiny s cílem zjistit úroveň znalostí této problematiky u zdravotnických pracovníků záchranné zdravotnické služby. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou přednemocniční neodkladné péče,teorií multikulturního ošetřovatelství a specifiky ošetřování vybraných skupin. Praktická část zjišťuje teoretické znalosti pracovníků, orientaci v dané problematice a jazykovou úroveň. Získaná data poskytují informace o možných úskalích v ošetřování. Tyto poznatky byly využity při zpracovávání univerzálních komunikačních karet určené po přednemocniční neodkladnou péči. |

This Bachelor thesis, titled Multicultural Nursing in Urgent Pre-Hospital Care from the Perspective of Paramedics, explores the attitudes of paramedics and emergency technicians to emergency care provision to patients of another ethnic, religious or national minority group outside of the hospital. The aim of the thesis was to establish the level of awareness about issues in multicultural care among medical staff. In the theoretical discussion I outlined the characteristics of urgent prehospital care, the theory of multicultural nursing and the specifics of care in selected communities. The data collection focused on gathering information about the breadth of knowledge about multicultural nursing practices among the staff at urgent care units and about their language skills. The results provide us with information about potential pitfalls in the delivery of urgent care and have already been used to create a set of communication cards on urgent prehospital care for emergency staff. |
