Diplomová práce s názvem Využití nástrojů totálně produktivní údržby v plastikářském průmyslu je rozdělena na několik částí. První teoretická část je zaměřena na principy TPM a zásady podnikového programu TPM. Druhá praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu údržby ve společnosti Fatra, a.s. Na základě analýzy jsou následně navrhnuty změny, které povedou ke zlepšení současného stavu samotné údržby ve firmě. |
