Cílem mé diplomové práce je zjištění pedagogických znalostí budoucího učitele. Má diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se čtenář může dočíst o prioritách v praktické přípravě studentů učitelství o typech znalostí následně pak, jaké dovednosti požadují ředitel škol i mýty o učitelích. Další části je také výzkum znalostí, diagnostikování a jak se výzkum dělá. V praktické části je pak realizován samotný výzkum. Pro mou diplomovou práci byl důležitý kvalitativní výzkum Pokusila jsem se o zjištění nejdůležitějších pedagogických znalostí, budoucího učitele. Dozvíte se, co doporučují zkušení učitelé, mladým začínajícím učitelům, jak se mají vzdělávat, komunikovat s dětmi, co preferovat i čeho se vyvarovat a samozřejmě jak vyučovat. |

Inquest of the pedagogic knowledge of impending teacher is the purposes of my diploma work. My diploma work is fission into two part, into part theoretic and practical. Leader with can finish about priority in practical preparation student of teaching, about print of knowledge and subsequently then too in question acquirements require of headteachers and fables about teachers. It everything is in theoretic part. Himself research is realized in practical part. Qualitative research was important for my diploma work. I am templation of inquest about inquestmost important pedagogic knowledge of the intending teachers. We are find out what advise experienced teachers for young teachers. We are next find out about education of teachers, about communication with children and what prefer and what avoid and indeed how to instruct. |
