dc.description.abstract	V této práci jsem se zabývám otázkou využití rovných střešních prostor obytných domů. Hlavní myšlenkou je vložit obytnému domu další novou funkci, která bude prospěšná obyvatelům a pozvedne jejich kvalitu bydlení, života a trávení volného času v místě bydliště. Vytvořím místo kde člověk příjde na jiné myšlenky. A zpestří si všednost dnů sportem i odpočinkem s výhledem na město. A může poznat blíže své sousedy čímž se bydlení ve velkem panelovém domě dostane lidštější měřítko. To vše blíském dosahu ? stěchy domu. Formou malého fitness prostoru a relaxační části. Tato nově vytvořená buňka na domě bude také spňovat i funkci malé střešní zahrady. A nahradí tak polochu zeleňě, kterou dům městskému prostoru odebral.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In this project I consider the use of roof space on the block houses. The main idea is to add a new feature to a residential building which will raise the quality of living standard, leisure activities of the tenants. I will create a place where people come to different ideas,variegate the ordinary days through sport and leisure with the views of the city. The resident will have an opportunity to socialize and meet his close neighbors, so living in a large block of flats will be more pleasant. All at your fingertips - on the roof through a small fitness room and a relaxation area. This newly created modular object on the top of the building will also fulfill the function of a small roof garden. This will replace the green areas which where overtaken by the construction of the urban areas.	en
