dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se zaměřím na zefektivnění řízení firmy MPL Trading spol. s r.o. s využitím controllingu a jeho nástrojů. Budu analyzovat současné využívání controllingových nástrojů a metod a jejich využívání při řízení firmy. V teoretické části provedu literární rešerši z oblasti controllingu a jeho nástrojů. V praktické části charakterizuji firmu MPL Trading spol. s r.o. zanalyzuji současný stav využívání controllingu a jeho nástrojů. V projektové části na základě teoretických poznatků, zanalyzovaného stavu využívání controllingových nástrojů majících vliv na řízení firmy, navrhnu taková opatření, která pomohou k zefektivnění řízení společnosti MPL Trading spol. s r.o.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I am going to focus on the efficiency of management of MPL Trading s.r.o. company with the use of controlling and its instruments. I am going to analyze current use of the instruments and methods of controlling and its use while managing the company. In the theoretical section I am going to do a literature search in the field of controlling and its instruments. In the practical section I am going to describe MPL Trading s r. o. company, analyze current situation by using controlling and its instruments. In the project section on the bases of theoretical knowledge, analyzed status of usage of the instruments of controlling that influence managing of the company, I am going to take measures that will help to improve management of the MPL Trading s.r.o. company.	en
