Bakalářská práce "Analýza motivačních faktorů a stimulace pracovníků ve společnosti ISS a.s." je zaměřena na využití a posílení motivačních a stimulačních faktorů ve vybraném podniku. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, které faktory nejvíce motivují zaměstnance firmy Indet Safety Systems, a.s., co zaměstnance motivuje k tomu, aby podávali vyšší pracovní výkony. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá důležitými pojmy, vysvětluje pojem motivace, faktory, které ji ovlivňují, uvádí systém odměňování. Část praktická je zaměřena na analýzu motivačních faktorů a stimulů, je zde zkoumána důležitost těchto faktorů a jsou navrženy změny ke zvýšení efektivity práce a ke zlepšení pracovních výkonů. |

Bachelor thesis "Analysis of the motivating factors and stimulation of employees in ISS a.s." is about improvement and repair of the motivating and stimulation factors in the company. The thesis aims is to determine what kind of motivation could result in the increase of working efficiency in company Indet Safety Systems, a.s. Therefore the questionnaire survey is performed among the workers and administrative employees. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the important terminology, describes the motivation, the factors affecting it, features pay system. The practical part is the analysis of the motivation and stimulation in the company, describes the importance of individual stimuli and propose changes for increase of the effectiveness working and improvement of the working outputs. |
