dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza procesů používaných firmou Edward sound & light agency, zjištění nedostatku a návrh nápravných opatření v oblasti produkce, dopravy a skladování. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. v první, teoretické části, jsou dle odborné literatury popsány činnosti uplatňované v souvislosti s logistikou kulturních vystoupení. Praktická část sestává z krátkého profilu firmy Edward sound & light agency a popisu dvou vybraných projektů, které firma zajišťovala. V rámci těchto projektů jsou popsány všechny probíhající procesy a následně rozebrány problémové oblasti dopravy, skladování, produkce a organizace. V závěru práce jsou zdůrazněny nalezené klady a nedostatky a návrh nápravných opatření.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of processes used by company Edward sound & light agency to detect errors and to draft corrective measures in the field of production, transit and stocking. The thesis is divided into two sections. In the first part, theotetical part, there are described implemented activities in connection with logistics of cultural shows. The practical part is consists of short profil of company Edward sound & light agency and descriptions of two chosen projects, which were provided by the company. Within this projects there are described all proceses in progres and there are disected problematic sectors of transit, stocking, production and organization in consequence. Discovered positives and negatives and the draft of corrective measures is pointed out in conclusion of this thesis.	en
