Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou manažerského rozhodování v organizaci. V teoretické části autor objasňuje podstatu manažerského rozhodování, jeho základní algoritmy a podává klasifikaci a charakteristiku hlavních metod manažerského rozhodování. V praktické části autor identifikuje nejčastěji používané metody manažerského vzdělávání v konkrétní firmě a analyzuje formy a efekty vnitropodnikového vzdělávání, zaměřené na zdokonalování manažerských rozhodovacích dovedností a navrhuje možná doporučení pro změnu. |

This thesis deals with the managerial decision-making in the organization. In the theoretical part, the author explains the essence of management decision making, the basic algorithms and gives the classification and characteristics of the main methods of managerial decision making. In the practical part, the author identifies the most commonly used methods of management education in a particular company and analyzes the forms and effects of internal training, focusing on improving managerial decision-making skills, and suggests possible recommendations for change. |
