Účelem mé bakalářské práce je nastínit problematiku týkající se získávání dotací z Evropské unie pro obce a analyzovat využívání dotací obcí Terezín. V teoretické části je popsána obecná charakteristika obce, hospodaření obce. Dále jsou zde vysvětleny některé základní pojmy spojené s dotacemi, příkladem jsou samotné dotace, konečný uživatel, NUTS. Další část je věnována evropským fondům a programům, ze kterých může obec čerpat finanční prostředky, a poslední kapitola je všeobecný postup při čerpání dotací z EU. V analytické části je vymezena obec Terezín, její hospodaření a analýza dosavadního využívání dotací, dále práce obsahuje SWOT analýzu obce. V závěru jsou obci doporučeny dotační tituly pro její další možný rozvoj. |

The task for my Bachelor's work is to outline the issues concerning subsidies from the European Union for the community and to analyse the use of subsidies by the municipality Terezín. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the village in general, and its economic management. This is followed by an explanation of basic concepts associated with subsidies, looking at examples for single grants, the end user, and NUTS. The next part describes European funds and programs that are available for the community to draw from, and the last chapter outlines the overall process for applying for subsidies from the EU. The analytical part defines Terezín's community, its economic management and provides an analysis of the village's use of subsidies, followed by a SWOT analysis of the community. The document concludes with subject recommendations for subsidies to enable future dovelopment opportunities for the community. |
