Když jsem měla přemýšlet nad tématem své diplomové práce, jako vrcholem svého studia, ani na chvíli jsem nezaváhala. Jelikož již od roku 2007 pracuji ve společnosti Partners for Life Planning, kde jsem začínala jako konsultant při práci s klienty a později jsem se vypracovala na pozici Executive managera společnosti, a podílela jsem se na otevření nových poboček ve Zlínském kraji, měla jsem tudíž možnost velmi z blízka poznat systém motivace, vedení, ohodnocování a vzdělávání spolupracovníků s Partners. Toto poznání mi umožnilo sledovat shodnosti principů, které používal velmi nadčasový podnikatel, který se stal mým osobním vzorem, a to Tomáš Baťa. Proto se budu ve své diplomové práci zabývat podobnostmi těchto systémů. A navíc popíšu konkrétní nástroje, které Tomáš Baťa zavedl, a které mi dlouhodobě za 4 roky působení ve firmě přinesly výsledky, i s těmi Vás v průběhu seznámím. |

When i was thinking about my thesis topic, like a highlight of my studies, I did not hesitate even for a moment. Because since 2007 I have been working at Partners for Life Planning, where i started as a consultant working with clients, and later on i become an executive manager of the company, and I participated at the opening of new branches in Zlin region. Therefore I had really close opportunity to know the system of motivation, leadership, evaluation and training employees with Partners company. This knowledge allowed me to observe consistency of principles, which was used by a very timeless entrepreneur and my personal role model Tomas Bata (Tomáš Baťa). That is why I will write in my thesis about similarities of these systems. And I will also deal with specific tools that Tomas Bata introduced, which has brought me results during 5 years of working with,I will familiarize you with it during thesis. |
